What is it:

This upgrade means an additional security measure to ensure that you are who you say you are, confirmed by a single-use passcode. 

Why we are doing this: 

We are continuing to strengthen security around PayDeck. 

Payroll systems contain highly sensitive employee, payroll, and banking information, and stronger MFA helps reduce the risk of unauthorized access and fraudulent activity.
We are also strengthening session security, so you may be asked to authenticate somewhat more frequently than in the past.

This is part of the broader security work we have been doing following our recent review of PayDeck access and payroll security.

Types of Authentications: 

Text or Call

Select either the text or call option to receive a text/call with the verification code. 
Once the number has been confirmed it will be auto filled and not need to be entered again. 




Authentication App

Use any authenticator app to verify it is you.
