Ticket Tracking and Support

  1. In the top Centre of the page select the "Need Assistance" menu: 


     
  2. Select the Support Tickets Option to view previous tickets or create new tickets: 


     
  3. A summary of tickets will reflect at the top of the page divided in categories and tickets can also be filtered according to those categories. 


     
  4. The list of all the tickets will populate. Please note that tickets are specific to a user and not a company. 


     
  5. Select "View' to view the content or reply to a ticket: 



     
  6. Select "New" to create a new ticket:


    Add the Subject and content of the ticket> Create Ticket. 


    Please note: This section will track and manage tickets however email notifications will still be sent when an agent responds to the request.
