- In the top Centre of the page select the "Need Assistance" menu:
- Select the Support Tickets Option to view previous tickets or create new tickets:
- A summary of tickets will reflect at the top of the page divided in categories and tickets can also be filtered according to those categories.
- The list of all the tickets will populate. Please note that tickets are specific to a user and not a company.
- Select "View' to view the content or reply to a ticket:
- Select "New" to create a new ticket:
Add the Subject and content of the ticket> Create Ticket.
Please note: This section will track and manage tickets however email notifications will still be sent when an agent responds to the request.
