When specific information is required, not found in one sole report, a custom report can be created depending on the needs of the report. The reports are based on 2 specific baselines: Payroll and Employee & HR
Payroll Reports:
- These reports focus on the payroll aspect of company information. This includes information such as total amounts, costs per employee, check details etc.
- There are 4 pre-made templates that will pull specific information based on the description. If they apply, it can be used as a starting point and add any other pertinent columns to the report as needed.
- A completely blank report option is also available. This gives the option to hand-select what type of information is needed in the report.
Employee & HR Reports:
- These reports focus on aspects of employee information. This includes information such as demographics, deductions, taxes etc.
- There are 3 pre-made templates that will pull specific information based on the description. If they apply, these can be used as a starting point and add any other pertinent columns to the report as needed.
A completely blank report option is also available. This gives you the option to hand-select what type of information you need in the report.
1. Select Report Builder2. Navigate to the most suitable section for the information required
3. Select one of the pre-made templates as a base or start a blank report
4. Select Fields5. Expand any of the necessary fields to view

7. Run report
8. Save the report template for future use or Reset to start over.
9. For specific Parameters select the Quick Filters10. Adjust the parameters as required and Apply Filters
