HR Report by Custom Date

This report lists all employees who were active for at least one day during the specified time period. It is provided in Excel format and includes key employee information such as employee number, full name, start date, division, department, address, date of birth, email address, pay frequency, rate or salary, and partial Social Security Number.

 

  1. Go to Reports

  2. Click on Generate a Report

  3. Expand the Employee dropdown

  4. Select HR Report by Custom Date

  5. Enter the required date range

  6. Use the Column Chooser to deselect any columns you do not wish to include in the Excel report

  7. Select Export to XLSX to export the report to Excel
