To reset your PlatinumPay password:

 

Change PlatinumPay Password in Browser

1. Browse to our website www.brandspaycheck.com.
2. Log in to PlatinumPay at the top right of the page.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your username (it starts with 952-. If you don't know your user name, you can look it up in your Parallels Client Software > Connection Properties - see below instructions).
4. Enter your password. If you don't have your password, please email cs@brandspaycheck.com to assign a temporary password.
5. The system will prompt you to change your password with the minimum complexity requirements.
6. Enter Brands as the domain.

 

Change Parallels Client Password

You should also update your Parallels Client credentials just in case you are having any issues using PlatinumPay via the website.

1. Open Parallels Client.
   
   
   
   
2. Right-click on the connection.
   
   
3. Select Connection Properties.
   
   
   
   
4. Update the password.
   
   
5. Click Ok.
   
   

 

FAQs

1. I cannot see the entire screen at once, how can I maximize my view?

1. You can use the tool below (#1) to maximize to full screen.
2. Once you are maximized, you can click again to get back to your local computer.

 

2. I use PP imports to import my payroll files, how can I transfer a file to the PlatinumPay Server?

1. 1. You can use the tool below (#2) to upload files to the PlatinumPay computer.
      When you click on the tool, it will open your local computer’s file explorer.
      
      
   2. Browse to the file to be transferred to the PlatinumPay computer > Click open > and the PlatinumPay File explorer will open.
      
      
   3. Select the location (typically, it will go on your Desktop) to transfer the file to.

 

3. I create custom reports in Excel, how can I transfer a file to my local computer?

1. 1. You can use the tool below (#3) to download files to your local computer >
      When you click on the tool, it will open your local file explorer.
      
      
   2. Browse to the file to be transferred to the PlatinumPay computer > Click open > and the PlatinumPay File explorer will open > Browse to the file to be transferred to your local computer > Click Open > Your local computer’s file explorer will open.
      
      
   3. Select the location to transfer the file to.

 

4. I process my payroll by pasting from my custom sheet, directly into a powergrid. How would I do this when logged in via web browser?

1. 1. Copy the data from your Excel sheet as usual.
   2. Open the tool (#4) below.
   3. Paste the data in there (box).
   4. Copy from the box into the powergrid.
