PlatinumPay: Set up work and resident states

Switch to PPX

To set up the work and resident state for an employee:

  1. In PlatinumPay, click Employee Setup.
  2. Switch to the State Tax Info tab.
  3. Select the state/states needed under the Available category.
  4. Click on the forward-pointing arrow.
  5. Under the Selected category, choose the appropriate state and check off the Default Work WH State or Default Resident WH State as needed.
  6. Save.
