To set up the work and resident state for an employee:
- In PlatinumPay, click Employee Setup.
- Switch to the State Tax Info tab.
- Select the state/states needed under the Available category.
- Click on the forward-pointing arrow.
- Under the Selected category, choose the appropriate state and check off the Default Work WH State or Default Resident WH State as needed.
- Save.
