Resend activation email for Workforce HUB

To regenerate an activation email for an employee if their Workforce HUB activation window expired:

[Note: You need admin access in FileGuardian in order to do this.]

  1. In MyFileGuardian, go to My Files.

  2. Search for the Company Name.

  3. Under Features, click the FGXep link.

  4. Select the HUB tab.

  5. Select Alerts & Reports.

  6. Click Search.

  7. Find the employee's name and click Generate new activation request for that employee.
