To regenerate an activation email for an employee, if their ESS activation window expired:
[Note: You need admin access in FileGuardian in order to do this.]
- In MyFileGuardian, go to My Files.
- Search for the Company Name.
- Under Features, click the FGXep link.
- Select the HUB tab.
- Select Alerts & Reports.
- Click Search.
- Find the employee's name and click Generate new activation request for that employee.
