Looking for an update on your ticket? Want to send an update to us?
When you submit a question or request to Brands Paycheck, a ticket is created to help track it. Your ticket has a link to monitor progress, provide additional information, and request further updates at your leisure.
You can also view the status of your ticket, including the following:
- Open = Help staff is working on your ticket
- Pending = Help staff is waiting for you to reply
- On-hold = Help staff is waiting for a third party
- Solved = The ticket has been solved
