The PDF of the direct deposit voucher is password protected.

To open, the password is the first 3 characters of your last name (first letter uppercase), followed by the last 4 digits of your social security number.

Note: If there's a symbol or space in your last name, they count as characters.

Example -

Name: Jane O'Doer or Jane Doer
Social: 123-65-8542

Password is: O'D8541 or Doe8542

If it does not work, please contact your employer to be sure they have the correct spelling of your name and the correct social security number.
