Reactivate an employee in Timekeeping

To reactivate the timekeeping profile for an employee who's been terminated:

  1. In Timekeeping Supervisor, select Employee Setup from the MAIN MENU on the left.
  2. Expand the Employee List Filter.
  3. Select All employees (including inactive). Apply filter.
  4. Select the employee.

  5. In the Employee Setup screen, select Edit.

  6. Remove the Separation Date. Save.

The employee will now be activated.
