Add Employee to Timekeeping
To connect an employee with our Time & Labor service, if you have it:
- In Employee Setup, select the employee.
- Check the box to Include in Time & Labor (towards the middle of the screen). Save.
- In the HR Advanced tab, go to the Time & Labor sub-tab.
- In CardNumber1 Value, enter the employee ID #. Save.
Once this is completed, it takes about 20 minutes to synchronize the systems.

- Uncheck the box to Include in Time & Labor (towards the middle of the screen). Save.
- In the HR Advanced tab, go to the Time & Labor sub-tab.
- In CardNumber1 Value, delete the employee code. Save.
