PlatinumPay: Set up timekeeping

Add Employee to Timekeeping

To connect an employee with our Time & Labor service:

  1. In Employee Setup, select the employee.

  2. Check the box to Include in Time & Labor (towards the middle of the screen). Save.



  3. In the HR Advanced tab, go to the Time & Labor sub-tab.

  4. In CardNumber1 Value, enter the employee ID #. Save.

Once this is completed, it takes about 20 minutes to synchronize the systems.

Remove Employee from Timekeeping

  1. In Employee Setup, select the employee.
  2. Uncheck the box to Include in Time & Labor (towards the middle of the screen). Save.
  3. In the HR Advanced tab, go to the Time & Labor sub-tab.
  4. In CardNumber1 Value, delete the employee code. Save.
