To add a deduction with the pay schedule, send us an email with the following information:

Hi, I'd like to add a deduction with a pay schedule.

Employee Number:

Employee Name:

Deduction Type: (Examples: Loan, garnishment, child support)

Total Amount to Deduct: (Example: $1200)

Amount Each Time: (Example: $25.00 each check until paid in full)
