Update pay rates

To change pay rates (salary rate) for an employee:


In PayDeck

  1. In the Employee tab, select the employee.


  2. Select the Pay section. Click the pencil to edit an existing rate. Enter the amount. Save.


3. You can also Add Salary or Add Hourly Rate 2 if you would like multiple rates. Enter the amount. Save.


  1. In the Employees tab, select the employee.
  2. In the Pay box, click the pencil icon to edit information.
  3. Enter the hourly rate in Rate 1. For a salary employee, enter the amount in the Salary field. Hit the check mark to save.
