To change pay rates (salary rate) for an employee:
- In the Employee tab, select the employee.
- Select the Pay section. Click the pencil to edit. You can also Add Salary or Add Hourly Rate 1. Enter the amount. Save.
- In the Employees tab, select the employee.
- In the Pay box, click the pencil icon to edit information.
- Enter the hourly rate in Rate 1. For a salary employee, enter the amount in the Salary field. Hit the check mark to save.
