TimeWorksTouch: My screen is black

If your SmartClock shows a black screen, it likely means the clock was accidentally put to sleep.

Using the Never Sleep settings can prevent this from happening:

  1. Press the power button on the left side of the clock to wake the clock back up and return to the clock entry screen.
  2. Follow the instructions for Never Sleep Mode.
  3. When the fingerprint reader is green, the clock has power and is operational.

Note: If pressing the power button does not wake the clock up, contact us for further assistance.
