Employee Self Service Activation

Once Employee Self Service (ESS) has been turned on, each of the employees within your company receive an automated email letting you know HUB has been made available.

  1. Follow the link in the activation email you received.


  2. You will be prompted to verify your account by providing the last four digits of your social security number, your home address, zip code and date of birth. Click next.


  3. You will be prompted to select your gender and create your permanent HUB password.

    Note: For enhanced security, we recommend passwords be greater than 8 characters and include a special character and number. Click Finish.


  4. Upon activation, you will be provided with a set of useful Next Steps. To access the portal, click Enter HUB.


  5. You can now navigate throughout the HUB.


  6. You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully activated HUB, which includes some helpful account and follow-up information.
