Once Employee Self Service (ESS) has been turned on, each of the employees within your company receive an automated email letting you know HUB has been made available.
- Follow the link in the activation email you received.
- You will be prompted to verify your account by providing the last four digits of your social security number, your home address, zip code and date of birth. Click next.
- You will be prompted to select your gender and create your permanent HUB password.
Note: For enhanced security, we recommend passwords be greater than 8 characters and include a special character and number. Click Finish.
- Upon activation, you will be provided with a set of useful Next Steps. To access the portal, click Enter HUB.
- You can now navigate throughout the HUB.
- You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully activated HUB, which includes some helpful account and follow-up information.
