Advanced Payroll: Track employee activity

*Available for Advanced Payroll users. Email to request access or turn on the service in your PayDeck settings.

Track employee goals and document performance reviews with the employee history tab.

You'll be able to schedule upcoming reviews as well as record notes, indicate performance and ratings, and check off whether goals are being met.

The attendance window also explains reasons for absences such as bereavement, medical leave, maternity leave, parent care, jury duty, military leave, disciplinary and more.

  1. In the Employees tab, select the employee.
  2. Select the HR tab.
  3. Select the History tab.
  4. Click the + signs to add information in the attendances, reviews and events windows. Press the check mark to save.
