Payroll: Set up timekeeping

Switch to PlatinumPay

To connect payroll with the Time & Labor service:

  1. In Manage Payroll, select the Employees tab.

  2. Select the employee.

  3. You are automatically directed to the “Primary Info” tab.

  4. Click the pencil icon in the Pay window.

  5. Check the box to Include in Time & Labor.

  6. Save.

  7. Select the Payroll Info tab.

  8. In the Time & Labor window, click the pencil to edit information.

  9. In Card Number 1, enter the employee's ID #. This is usually the employee # or last 5 of the social.

  10. Save.

Note: Once this is completed, it may take a few minutes (up to 15 min) to update.

Remove Employee from Time & Labor

To remove an employee from Time & Labor:

  1. In the Employees tab, select the employee.

  2. You are automatically directed to the “Primary Info” tab. Click the pencil icon in the Pay window and un-check the box to Include in Time & Labor. Save.

  3. In the Payroll Info tab, scroll down to the Time & Labor window and click the pencil to edit information. Remove the number from Card Number 1. Save.
