Include Employee in Time & Labor - PayDeck

Switch to PlatinumPay

To connect payroll with the Time & Labor service:

  1. Navigate to Employees 
  2. Select the employee
  3. Select Time & Labor tab
  4. Check the box to Include in Time & Labor
  5. Enter employee ID in the Card Number box. This is typically the last 4/5 digits of SSN.
  6. Save.

 

Note: Once this is completed, it may take a few minutes (up to 15 min) to update.

Remove Employee from Time & Labor

To remove an employee from Time & Labor:

  1. Navigate to Employees 
  2. Select the employee
  3. Select Time & Labor tab
  4. Delete the employee ID in the Card Number box. 
  5. Terminate the employee
  6. Save.

Special note, do NOT uncheck include in time and labor as this will not allow the timekeeping app to update the employee status.
