Paydeck 2.0 Change Display Settings

To change the way that the data reflects when entering a payroll.


1. Start a New Payroll

2. In the Edit Payroll Screen, select Payroll Options Icon


3. Select Change Display Settings.


4. Four settings can be updated.

          a. Customize fields allows the user to show which fields are displayed (e.g., date and job number)

         b. Default Sort allows the user to choose their default sorting method.

         c. Time entry format allows the user to choose how PayDeck 2.0 reads their time entries (hours or decimal format).

         d. Display Manual & Voided Checks option determines whether Manuals and Voids are shown in the payroll.
