For those that need to import hours to the grid when they have a power import, it is very important to manage it in the following order:

A) Import hours from TimeWorksPlus

B) Upload file

 

A) Import hours from TimeWorksPlus

1. Select Payroll PPX

2. Select Run Payroll 

3. Select Start Payroll 

4. Review the dates

5. Check off Import hours and paydata from TimeWorksPlus

6. Select Start Payroll

7. Select Power Grid Manager

The hours from timekeeping have now been pulled through to your payroll grid. 

 

B) Upload File

1. Select Power Imports

2. Select the upload icon 

3. Click on the cloud to select the powergrid

4. Select Upload

5. See Upload Notification

6. Select the PowerGrid Manager 

                  A) Select Payroll

                  B) Select Edit Payroll

                  C) Select PowerGrid Manager

7. Mark the grids as Complete

8. Select Process all PowerGrids

9. Select OK
