If you do not see the W-2 you’re looking for, it does not mean it wasn’t issued.

Distributed W-2s & 1099s – What You’ll Find Here
This section only displays W-2s that were distributed by email to employees.
You will see W-2s here only if your company is set up to email W-2s to employees.
If your company does not email W-2s, they will not appear in this section.
This is also where you can locate 1099 forms.
⚠️ Important: Most clients should look under Federal and State Forms to access W-2s.
The Distributed W-2s section is limited to emailed W-2s only.
- Go to paydeck.brandspaycheck.com and click on Reports.
- Select Distributed W-2's.
- Select Year
- Expand desired quarter
- Download individual reports or click Download All to view all at once.
