Hide Pay from EmployeeDeck Profile


Whether it is the end-of-the-year bonus or a deserved promotion, you've timed it perfectly. To keep the news a surprise, temporarily hide the payment from your employee's EmployeeDeck profile. It's as easy as 1-2-3. You can schedule to unveil when the news is out. 

  1. Log into your PayDeck profile. 
  2. Open EmployeeDeck.
  3. Enter the Payroll # and End Date > Save!
